This book is an edited volume of mostly papers presented during a stakeholders’ workshop organized by the Nigerian Coalition for the International Criminal Court in 2014. Its main objective is to put into perspective the challenges and prospects of implementing the Rome Statute in Nigeria. It also discusses the frosty relationship between the African Union and the ICC in the fight against impunity in the continent and makes suggestions on the way forward.
